With my unique combination of local knowledge, property management experience, and advanced education, I am highly qualified to assist you with your Real Estate needs. I have a Master of Architecture, Bachelor of Architecture, and Bachelor of Fine Arts in Historic Preservation with honors from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Currently, a member of the Planning and Zoning Board in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida.
My career has been in Architectural Design with residential and commercial structures. Also as an owner's representative in the construction, demolition, and renovation process. I also have extensive experience in property management with investment properties and vacation rentals. Apart from design skills, attention to detail and customer service are important when working with property owners, investors, tenants, and developers. It is important to me that I earn my customers' trust in all transactions.
